- ¾ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 medium tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- 1 bunch green onions (sliced)
- 8 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and chopped)
- 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb cooked turkey bacon (crumbled)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the mayonnaise, sour cream, grated Parmesan, sugar, and onion powder until smooth.
- In a clear serving dish, layer the chopped romaine at the bottom and spread half of the dressing on top.
- Add layers of diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, half of the chopped hard-boiled eggs, and thawed peas.
- Drizzle another layer of dressing over the peas followed by the remaining hard-boiled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled turkey bacon.
