  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chilled mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and form into balls.
  3. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray potato balls with cooking spray.
  5. Cook in single layer for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
