- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 10-cup bundt pan by greasing it.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine apple cider and applesauce; set aside.
- In a stand mixer, cream together softened butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Gradually alternate adding the dry mixture and the cider mixture to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before flipping onto a wire rack.
