- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add diced apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 4-5 minutes while stirring occasionally until apples begin to soften.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to form a slurry. Add the slurry to the apple mixture; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Place a tablespoon of apple filling in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold edges over filling, pinching them together to seal into balls.
- Dip each dough ball into melted butter. Roll in cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated. Place coated dough balls seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
