- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 eggroll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, jalapeños, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling diagonally across the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides toward the center, and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the eggrolls seam side down in batches for 3–4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
