  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 5 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup rainbow jimmies (or sprinkles)
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Mix in melted butter until evenly coated. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
