  • 4 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cans (7.5 ounces each) refrigerated biscuits

Instructions
