- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 100 grams crumbled blue cheese
- 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 50 grams chopped walnuts
- 6–8 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Sea salt and cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
- Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry.
- Evenly distribute walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper on pastries.
- Roll up tightly and cut each roll in half lengthwise.
- Twist each piece into a coil shape on baking paper.
- Brush with milk and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
