  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 23 tablespoons parsley (fresh or dried)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
