- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2–3 tablespoons parsley (fresh or dried)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
