  • 22 Oreos (divided)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, folding in half of the crushed Oreos.
  3. Spread the brownie batter evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes until slightly set. Let cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, egg, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie layer and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until set.
  6. For the ganache topping, heat heavy whipping cream until just boiling, then stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  7. Pour ganache over the cheesecake layer and top with remaining crushed Oreos. Chill in the refrigerator before cutting into bars.
