  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 9 ounces roasted peppers
  • 6 ounces finely chopped turkey slices
  • ¾ cup chopped green olives
  • 7 ounces sun-dried tomatoes for garnish
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley for garnish
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon each thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ⅓ cup green onion, minced

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×5 loaf pan by spraying it with oil and lining it with plastic wrap.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, roasted peppers, turkey slices, olives, and seasonings until well mixed.
  3. Firmly press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan to eliminate air pockets. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Once chilled, carefully turn the cheese log onto a platter and remove the plastic wrap.
  5. Garnish with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh herbs before serving alongside your favorite crackers.
