  • 3 chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 6 Kaiser rolls
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes until done.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Cut tops off Kaiser rolls and hollow out centers gently.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning; brush inside and edges of bread bowls.
  5. Toast bowls on a baking sheet at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Mix drained pasta with cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce; stir to combine.
  7. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the chicken Alfredo mixture and top with parmesan cheese.
  8. Return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot, garnished if desired.
