  • 6 large day-old croissants
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them evenly in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with half of the cheddar cheese and set aside.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in another bowl until well combined; pour over the croissant pieces in the baking dish.
