- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with half of the cheddar cheese and set aside.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in another bowl until well combined; pour over the croissant pieces in the baking dish.
