			- 1 box DeLallo No-Boil Lasagna
 - 1 pound ground beef
 - 4 ounces turkey strips
 - 24 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 12 ounces Italian cheese blend
 - 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
 - 1 cup apple vinegar
 - 15 ounces ricotta cheese
 - 6 large cloves garlic
 - Fresh herbs (rosemary and thyme)
 - Olive oil
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a food processor, pulse chopped carrots, celery, and onion until finely minced.
 - Cook the soffritto mixture in olive oil for about 4–5 minutes until fragrant.
 - Add the turkey and garlic to the food processor; pulse until finely chopped.
 - In the same pot, combine the browned turkey mixture with ground beef; cook until browned.
 - Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, apple vinegar, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
 - In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan, and seasoning.
 - Layer the lasagna: start with bolognese sauce at the bottom, followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
 - Bake covered for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
