- 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 1/4 cups holiday M&M's
- 1 cup crushed pretzel sticks
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and kosher salt; gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in oats, M&M's (reserve some), crushed pretzels, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into balls about 1/4 cup in size and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 8 minutes; rotate pan and add remaining M&M's on top before baking an additional 2-3 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
