Ingredients

  • Pear
  • Pearl onions
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Coarse salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Stir in warm water until the dough is shaggy.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise overnight (12 hours).
  4. Drizzle olive oil in a casserole dish and spread the risen dough evenly.
  5. Dimple the surface, drizzle more olive oil, cover lightly, and let rest for 2 hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Decorate with rosemary, pear slices, halved cherry tomatoes, and pearl onions.
  8. Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
