  • 12 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 6 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach and cream cheese until smooth. Add garlic, salt, onion powder, chili powder, pepper, Italian seasoning, parmesan, and mozzarella; mix well.
  3. Roll out pizza crust on parchment paper and cut into one large triangle for the tree and two smaller triangles for branches.
  4. Spread spinach dip on one smaller triangle and layer the larger triangle on top.
  5. Cut the dough into ‘slices,’ twist each slice upward for a decorative look.
  6. Bake on a baking sheet for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic salt and Italian seasoning over warm breadsticks before serving.
