  • 40 Saltine Crackers
  • 1 cup Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  4. Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar, stirring until boiling; continue stirring for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the toffee mixture over the crackers, spreading evenly.
  7. Bake for 5 minutes until bubbly; remove from oven and let set for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the warm toffee; allow to melt slightly then spread evenly.
  9. Top with cinnamon sugar mixture.
