- 40 Saltine Crackers
- 1 cup Salted Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar, stirring until boiling; continue stirring for 5 minutes.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the crackers, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 5 minutes until bubbly; remove from oven and let set for 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the warm toffee; allow to melt slightly then spread evenly.
