Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (freshly grated)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange-flavored candy coating or additional white chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream and white chocolate chips over medium heat. Stir continuously until melted and smooth (about 3-5 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat; stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Allow ganache to cool for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture covered for 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out portions of ganache (about 1 inch in diameter) and roll into balls.
  5. Place truffles on the prepared sheet and refrigerate again for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt your chosen coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in intervals until smooth.
  7. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted coating, tapping off excess before placing back on the baking sheet.
  8. Garnish with extra orange zest if desired.
