- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup orange-flavored candy coating or additional white chocolate
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream and white chocolate chips over medium heat. Stir continuously until melted and smooth (about 3-5 minutes).
- Remove from heat; stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Allow ganache to cool for 15-20 minutes.
- Refrigerate the mixture covered for 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out portions of ganache (about 1 inch in diameter) and roll into balls.
- Place truffles on the prepared sheet and refrigerate again for 30 minutes.
- Melt your chosen coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in intervals until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted coating, tapping off excess before placing back on the baking sheet.
