  • 68 cups chicken broth
  • 6 oz pasta (Italian small shells recommended)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/21 cup grated parmesan reggiano cheese
  • 2 1/23 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat; add diced chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until browned.
  2. Add onions, carrots, celery, sundried tomatoes, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are translucent.
  3. Sprinkle flour to combine; optional: stir in tomato paste.
  4. Gradually whisk in chicken broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Bring to a boil; add pasta and remaining seasoning; simmer covered for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
