Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Add brown sugar, flour, and salt; mix until crumbly.
  3. Press 1¾ cups of the crumb mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. While the crust bakes, melt sweetened condensed milk with dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the baked crust, sprinkle remaining crumbs on top, add semi-crushed raspberries, and finish with mini chocolate chips.
  6. Bake again for 20–30 minutes until set. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
