- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Add brown sugar, flour, and salt; mix until crumbly.
- Press 1¾ cups of the crumb mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- While the crust bakes, melt sweetened condensed milk with dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the baked crust, sprinkle remaining crumbs on top, add semi-crushed raspberries, and finish with mini chocolate chips.
- Bake again for 20–30 minutes until set. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
