Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl; gradually add to the wet mixture to form dough.
  4. Divide dough into two portions; roll each into a rectangle on a floured surface.

  6. Roll tightly into logs; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
