  • 245 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/3 cup sugar mixed with 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped or broken into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons eggnog
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and white granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Gradually incorporate flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt until a thick dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into 1-tablespoon-sized balls, coat in cinnamon sugar, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press centers down gently.
