- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Sesame seeds or additional Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ketchup, and mustard; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in shredded cheese until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges around the filling and pinch to seal each bomb tightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Brush baked bombs with garlic butter immediately after removing from the oven.
