Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Sesame seeds or additional Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ketchup, and mustard; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix in shredded cheese until well combined.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the edges around the filling and pinch to seal each bomb tightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While baking, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.
  8. Brush baked bombs with garlic butter immediately after removing from the oven.
