  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped onion, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
