Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are a deliciously healthy twist on the traditional meatloaf, offering a perfect combination of tender ground chicken, aromatic garlic, and rich parmesan cheese. Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken (preferably lean)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or liner with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped onion, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into an oval loaf. Place them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each loaf.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If you don’t have a thermometer, ensure there’s no pink inside.
  5. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
