- ½ cup green onions, finely chopped

- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add activated yeast mixture, egg, and softened butter; mix until dough forms.
- 3. Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 4. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- 5. Prepare the garlic butter mixture by mixing melted butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, optional oregano, chili flakes, and green onions.
