			- 2 large chicken breasts, cubed
 - 10 oz rigatoni pasta
 - 1/3 cup honey
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 medium carrots, sliced
 - Salt to taste
 - 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook rigatoni until al dente; drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
 - Season cubed chicken with salt and pepper; heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Set aside.
 - In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and sauté sliced carrots for about 3 minutes; then add garlic and sauté for another minute.
 - Lower heat, add butter, honey, soy sauce, and black pepper; simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
 - Return chicken to skillet, combine with sauce, then mix in cooked rigatoni. If needed, use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
 - Garnish with green onions before serving.
