  • 1 box Devil's Food chocolate cake mix
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 envelopes instant hot chocolate mix
  • Mini vegan marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the cake mix instructions. Bake the cake in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  2. Once baked, poke holes in the cake about an inch apart using a wooden spoon's handle.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat vegan marshmallow fluff with water until smooth. Fill the holes with this mixture.
  4. Chill the cake in the refrigerator.
  5. For the topping, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and heavy whipping cream until smooth. Spread over the chilled cake.
  6. Beat heavy whipping cream with vanilla and instant hot chocolate mix until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cake and garnish with mini marshmallows.
