- 1 & 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
