  • 1 1/2 cups finely grated zucchini
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased loaf pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and combine them with oil, sour cream, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.
