  • 2 tablespoons turkey bacon grease
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Optional: drizzle of balsamic reduction

Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut off the ends. Shred them using a food processor or sharp knife.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter and turkey bacon grease until melted.
  3. Add shredded Brussels sprouts, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Toss well to coat.
