Ingredients
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked turkey (shredded)
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon diced celery
- 2 tablespoons diced onion
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1¼ cups gravy
- 1 cup bread stuffing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Boil pasta shells in salted water for 8–9 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine turkey, mashed potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread ¾ cup of gravy on the bottom of the prepared dish. Fill each shell with the turkey mixture and arrange them in the dish.
- Top with remaining stuffing, gravy, and cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until heated through.
