- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 8 phyllo sheets or brick pastry
- 1 egg yolk (for sealing)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or neutral oil (for brushing)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add shredded chicken and season with spices. Cook for about 4 minutes before mixing in parsley and coriander. Let cool.
- Cut phyllo sheets into 3-inch strips. Keep unused sheets covered with a damp cloth.
- Place filling at one end of each strip and fold into triangles. Seal edges with egg yolk.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking tray, brush with melted butter, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
