  • 1 (10oz) bag of brownie mix (plus oil & egg)
  • 1 (16oz) package of refrigerated cookie dough
  • 12 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • Optional: Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. Shape the cookie dough into 12 even balls, flatten each ball, and place it in the bottom of each muffin cup.
  4. Place one peanut butter cup upside down on top of each cookie layer.
  5. Pour brownie batter evenly over the peanut butter cups until nearly full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
