- 1 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Coarse sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or using paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
