- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, eggs, and milk; mix well.
- Gradually incorporate flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt until just combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup about three-fourths full with batter.
