  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (for pie crust)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (for pie crust)
  • 1/2 cup organic shortening or vegan butter (for frosting)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
