  • 15.25 oz. box carrot cake mix
  • 15 oz. can pure pumpkin
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cold butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot cake mix and pure pumpkin until well blended.
  3. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
