Description

Raspberry Coconut Magic Bars are a delightful treat that perfectly balance the sweetness of coconut with the tartness of raspberry preserves. These bars feature a buttery graham cracker crust topped with layers of chewy coconut, rich sweetened condensed milk, and crunchy pecans. Ideal for breakfast, snacks, or dessert, they’re simple enough for kids to help make and can be customized with your favorite nuts or fruit flavors. Enjoy them at gatherings, potlucks, or simply as a deliciously gooey delight any day of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 and 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×13-inch baking pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the raspberry layer and gently swirl with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top, pressing them lightly into the mixture.
  6. Scatter semisweet chocolate chips across the surface.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into bars.
