- 1 head roasted garlic (12–15 cloves)
- ¼ cup (4 tablespoons) salted butter
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup vegetable or chicken broth
- ⅓–½ cup heavy cream (to preference)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
