  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop potatoes; toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Layer seasoned potatoes in the slow cooker.
  3. Season chicken breasts and place on top of potatoes.
  4. Spread minced garlic over the chicken.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken until coated.
  6. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until done.
  7. Add mozzarella cheese in the last 30 minutes to melt before serving.
