 - 3 large bell peppers (sliced)
 - 1 large onion (sliced)
 - 3 garlic cloves (minced)
 - 3/4 cup beef broth
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 2 tbsp cornstarch
 
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine hot beef broth with bouillon cubes until dissolved. Add soy sauce, honey, ginger, black pepper, salt, and cornstarch; mix well.
 - Place beef strips in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them. Top with sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
