- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir this mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini vegan marshmallows.
- Spread the dough evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Top with extra chocolate chips and vegan marshmallows if desired.
