Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach (10 oz each), thawed and drained
- 2 cans artichoke hearts (14 oz each), drained and chopped
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain spinach thoroughly using a kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
