Instructions

  5. In the same skillet, whisk flour until golden brown; gradually stir in beef broth and bring to simmer.
  6. Add heavy cream and soy sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Return meatballs to the skillet; simmer in gravy for about 10 minutes before serving.
