- 3 medium shallots (sliced)
- 1 pear (diced)
- 16 ounces frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- ½ cup roughly chopped parsley
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Prep the pear by peeling, slicing, and dicing it. Toss with lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey strips until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Add sliced shallots to the skillet, cooking for about a minute until softened. Stir in the Dijon mustard.
