 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
 - Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
 - In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
 - Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart and press down with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
 - Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
