Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package chocolate almond bark (2024 oz)
  • 25 caramel squares (approximately 1 & 1/4 cup caramel bits)
  • 12 tablespoons water or heavy cream
  • Whole pecans (amount as desired)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  2. Rough chop the almond bark and place it in a glass bowl. Microwave on 50% power for about 3 minutes, stirring well, then continue at 1-2 minute intervals until fully melted.
  3. In another microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel squares with 1-2 tablespoons of water or heavy cream. Microwave on 50% power for about 1 minute and stir until smooth; continue heating in short intervals if needed.
  4. Reserve about 1/4 cup of melted chocolate for drizzling later. Pour the remaining chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Drop dollops of melted caramel over the chocolate layer and swirl gently.
  5. Sprinkle whole pecans over the top and drizzle with reserved chocolate.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature for about 2-3 hours before cutting into pieces.
