- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whip the egg white in a mixing bowl until frothy.
- Toss mixed nuts in the whipped egg white to coat evenly.

- Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until lightly browned.
